Extremely disappointed. For a size 59 I took 58/59 and it is way too big. The return is at my expense while there is not even an intermediate size to offer. The exchanges with customer service are one-way. I will not order again.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The size L 58/59 cm is as indicated on the product sheet sized larger than a French size.
We cannot provide more information regarding the order.
Size large compared to French sizes. The headgear is about 1 cm larger than indicated. For those used to the Stetson brand, take the size of your old headgear.
Moreover, as you used PayPal, you do not pay return shipping costs in case you also took into account the information that the package is refundable

Exchanges are therefore not one-way.
Moreover, the size M which is below is currently on order
Best regards

Very good contact..... Hat too big, but my fault! I passed it through boiling water and dryer (this may make you laugh) and was able to reduce the head circumference by one centimeter. So, in the end happy
