A small relational incident with a staff member, very well handled by the manager. I wasn't very refined myself. Good company.

1. I still have a bit of trouble finding what I'm looking for.
For example, if I'm looking for a cap, it takes several operations to see everything that exists in the store.
2. When a product is not available, you can request to be informed when it is available again. But then we continue to receive promotional emails unrelated to this request.

Well-constructed shopping site and advice on products that is fair and useful. Good listening, good communication, fast, careful shipping, and very professional. For my part, everything was perfect in the service with the quality of the product (Irish wool cap) as a bonus. Very happy with my purchase and the Traclet hat shop. I recommend.
