Many choices but navigating among the different items was not easy. Difficult to find an item we liked previously, for example.

The site is pleasant and ergonomic\ however, the initially desired item was out of stock with information that it would be available soon without a precise date! I had to call the shop to get more information! Telephone reception was top-notch, the interlocutor was extremely kind and polite.\ Finally, a top delivery without extra cost!\ I am delighted!!!

Good reception but no announcement or follow-up since the order, having no idea if the package had left, in transit and when it would arrive.

Perfect, except for a slight issue with the size of the packaging box, it would be perfect with 1 to 2 cm less because once the postman puts it in the mailbox by opening the large panel of the boxes, we customers can no longer take out the box placed in the mailbox diagonally. Because we have collective mailboxes (about twenty). Slight little problem otherwise apart from that, it's perfect.

the quality of manufacturing corresponds to the request, the quality/price ratio is good. However, the delivery time announced on the product does not correspond to reality: announced 3 weeks... product delivered 6 weeks!!! this service seriously needs improvement!!! I could not use my hat in time (I had an important event)

The service is good, but the merchandise does not match the price, I ordered a Stetson hat box for 119 euros and received a cardboard one that is very far from being worth it, very very far the price is inflated it does not encourage me to order anything else
