Serious sales site. Aligns with competitors. No disappointment with the quality of the products.
Small disappointment regarding the non-coverage of shipping costs for exchanging a product with an incorrect size.

Not only is the site very well made, but the phone reception is just as perfect: friendly people, who know their products well and take the time to properly advise their customers. For the purchase of a hat, it will always be at "TRACLET".
