The site is good but it deserves to be more detailed. Indeed, I bought a sailor's cap and I saw that there were clips with the same reference as the cap. I thought it was to attach the cap. Upon receiving these clips, I do not know what they are for and how and where they attach to the cap. As a result, I spent an additional 5 or 6€ for nothing.

I received my package a bit late while it was for a gift. Besides that, the chapka was well packaged and there was no incident with my order. The tracking was easy.

quality problem does not match the description, the modification of it was made very quickly, cap described as winter, not at all the case... I continue to be a customer with a wide range of items

Not only are the unavailable items still displayed - even 'grayed out' - but additionally, one can create an alert to be informed as soon as they are back in stock.

friendly, competent and efficient staff, good product, only downside: on your site it is written that Borsalino fits small, it is recommended to choose a larger size which I did. Unfortunately, I should have followed my intuition and ordered the normal size.

superb quality hat, BUT terrible delivery. Despite my request not to throw the package in the garden because the dog might eat it. It was thrown in the garden when it was supposed to be delivered by Colissimo with a signature. So delivery needs to be reviewed

Disappointed; as soon as the order was registered, I was informed that the item was not available! Without news, I had to ask for clarification; next week, I was told. In fact, I was only delivered the following week. Little communication. Too bad
