the hat is perfect but the delivery was disastrous; the delivery person forced the package into the mailbox of the building and broke it, which required the intervention of a locksmith and the restoration of the mailbox!

The T3 corresponds exactly to what I was looking for and there is quite an impressive choice to find what you want on the site.

My problem is not the site itself, just that I sent my hat on April 18 for a special event that has already passed and I still do not have it and when you call it is already complicated to reach someone and when they do answer, you feel like they are lecturing you, very self-assured people who do not care about you and it has been a decade that I have been with you and it started with my ex-girlfriend who bought (still buys I think) all our hats and other accessories from you so I think I deserve to have the respect of your employees, thank you...

Unjustified delay between the order and receipt. I needed this hat for a special occasion and had to buy one elsewhere urgently.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, please excuse us for the delay a bit longer than expected.
The delay for the black color was 2 weeks and we took 3 weeks, which is one week longer.
In case of urgency, we could have replaced it with another beret from another brand in stock.
For that, it was simply necessary to contact us to send it to you.
Best regards

despite the very good reputation of Traclet, my first experience in this store does not allow me to give 5 stars
model error of cap in the first shipment; error quickly taken into account and corrected courteously during a second shipment
I will remain a customer of Traclet

A small downside related to the packaging of the cap. The cardboard paper protection did not withstand the humidity in the mailbox.
