The link indicated in the delivery tracking did not work: I had to provide a package number that I only discovered on the packaging when it arrived!!!

Long-time customer and satisfied until now, I am very disappointed this time. More than 2 months of waiting, promises of receipt of goods and shipping not kept, no callbacks as promised, not a word of apology and finally, sending a hat that does not match the order, but 'looks like the one ordered' (according to Traclet). Result: I have to return the hat at my expense!
As said on the phone, Mr. Traclet, why did you not inform me of this before shipping??
It would have saved me costs and this very, very great dissatisfaction. Did you think I was stupid enough not to realize your trickery?!
I do not congratulate you.

Hello
Thank you for your message and thank you for your loyalty.
We are sorry for not having explained to you before the shipment.
But I thought that during our phone conversation you understood our issue and I explained to you why we delivered this model to you.
We are trying to find a solution to deliver you a similar product and as I indicated to you, the current house has closed and we only found this solution. This hat model was similar and of quality too but it is true not identical to 100%.
As I proposed to you, I will make you a credit note or a refund of your shipping costs. Having received the hat on Saturday, I did not have time to take care of it, please excuse me.
So I am making you a proposal this Sunday, as I am quite touched by your comment.
Please send me a message if a credit note of 10 euros suits you.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien.

I ordered feathers for my hat and they were sent in a simple envelope without protection, which means that one out of two is damaged, I am quite disappointed!

The site is plain. It could be prettier. With action photos where the hats would be worn. It would give a better idea. But in the end, the boater I ordered is great, so it's okay

The site offers to provide an email address to be informed of restocking in sizes... But don’t waste your time filling in this field because you will never be informed!!!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 19/04/2018

Hello
We are sorry that the reversible Banks - Brixton Bob has not been restocked but we are unfortunately dependent on the manufacturer and we cannot offer an item if the brand no longer has it for now.
It is true that restocking can take several months or completely stop without information from the manufacturer and we are very sorry.
If you have specific requests, you can send us an email directly because a request on the product does not necessarily reach us.
Best regards
Traclet

Hello,
Please excuse us for the delay in delivery.
In case of a delivery issue, it is preferable to call us because once the event has occurred, it is clear that the solution is impossible.
Thank you for letting us know when you have received the bachi beret.
Best regards

Beret received and returned. Quality: nothing to complain about but 2 to 3 sizes too big. Maybe a bad measurement or a delta in your sizes and my measurements. I am looking forward to the same item in size 62/63. Thank you.
