We are satisfied with the cowboy hat we ordered (€200) however we were surprised by the small size of the package compared to the size of the hat: the hat was slightly folded to fit into the box! We expected more precautions for an item of this value.

delivery of a blue hat instead of a gray one

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
there must be an error in the comment because the hat is made of raffia straw with a blue ribbon.
This information is even more indicated on the product sheet and a photo of the gros grain clearly shows the blue color
The hat has a large gros grain tied on the side, in sky blue with fine orange, blue, beige, and red stripes, which perfectly match the natural straw color of the hat.

hello
sorry but the information is well noted both on the product sheet and during the order summary.
We have been selling online since 1996 and this information has been noted since we do not have this model in stock

Only one criticism regarding the delivery: since it was a package with NO SIGNATURE delivery, it would have been preferable for the size of the package to be adapted to the size of the ordered item and especially to the (standardized) dimensions of my mailbox, which would have allowed the postman to make the delivery in my absence.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the sending of the cap, the box is a box so that the cap is properly packaged because otherwise, it is too crushed with a bubble wrap. If we place the cap in the box, it keeps its shape without being damaged and the box must also correspond to several shapes. We are sorry that it could not fit in your mailbox but it is preferable to keep the cap in good condition rather than having it deteriorate during transport.
We will however study the feasibility of another type of box but it seems difficult to find another shape.
Best regards
