I returned the cap I ordered because I found the price excessive compared to the quality.. ten days later I still have not received my refund..

As we indicated, we have several qualities ranging from 10 to 300 euros.
The refund was made on December 7.
We still have a bit of delay which is 14 days;

The size of the hat was too small. We measured a 59 cm diameter head circumference, and the hat t59 actually only measured 57-58.... so we had to choose a 61... the customer service on the phone is very responsive and welcome! the hat is very pretty, and met our expectations regarding color and quality quite correct in this price range. We work in the entertainment industry, and it looks sturdy, at an affordable price!
