Unfortunately one of the items was out of stock and I had to wait 3 weeks before claiming another item. The order was fully paid. Otherwise perfect quality;

the item itself is very good. quality-price ratio: nothing to say. However, where I am not satisfied is that I paid 2 euros for a gift package, accompanied by a small note. However, none of that. it's very incorrect. it's disguised theft.

I had a bit of trouble putting together my order (choosing and adjusting the number of pieces of each reference) - probably a logic issue related to my age and generation

Fast, as I imagined, the only problem was that the packaging was torn, if it had rained, the hat would be in a very different state

A lot of choices, fast and careful shipping. The only downside is the return at our expense if an item does not fit. A partnership with parcel relays would be perfect.

Average because I was not informed by SMS about the delivery to the relay point of my package and had to follow up with Traclet.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
thank you for taking the time to respond to the verified review.
The order was placed on Sunday and it was shipped on Monday because the post office does not work on Sundays.
The delay for a colissimo is 2-3 days and the package was delivered on Wednesday to the relay point.
Can you tell us the delay you would have liked.
Moreover, the price of 4 euros is low compared to the quality service with tracked colissimo.
Thank you for letting us know your comments in order to improve deliveries.

good product conforming to the photos. . super happy.. I just should have thought about the height because with my thick hair they rise. . maybe integrate a strap in case of wind too !!
The only downside is the ultra long delay of almost 3 months.. order on June 18 received at the beginning of September. . might as well announce a long delay to avoid making unhappy people! ;)
Thank you in any case for the custom order I am delighted!
