A lot of choices, the site is quite clear but the search by criteria (materials...) needs improvement. I was looking for a straw hat having selected men's hats and the site suggested me straw hats for both men and women.

Trying to change a product is very expensive. They probably have a negotiated return system with a carrier

The site is very good, and the after-sales service is quite efficient, but I regret a lack of clarity on the reception date and the waiting time for the package. I was also quite shocked by the poor written expression/spelling of the customer service, it's not very serious!

Product compliant but I had to send an email for them to finally decide to send me my order.
The response I received is quite comical: "you should have specified that you were in a hurry!!" Or "you did not pay for shipping!!!" I find this very inappropriate especially since if I indeed did not pay for shipping it is because my order exceeded the minimum amount to have it free so I did not receive any preferential treatment!!! Next time I will turn to a more competent seller.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
In order to limit shipments and therefore shipping costs; we prefer a single shipment when the order requires multiple deliveries. Indeed, for a cleaning, we must receive the hat and then send it back once it is done. Therefore, it requires two shipments that are not settled and which is an important cost for us.
Please excuse us if our message was not respectful enough.
