Very good product, the only downside is the delivery which takes much longer than the announced 48 hours.

If I hadn't insisted, I would never have received my package...3 emails and 2 calls for them to send it to me while the money was already taken.

It is a product of good manufacture but when I saw the origin of its production I was a bit disappointed with the selling price.

The order could have been perfect if the box for a hat wasn't so big. The package didn't fit in the mailbox.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are very high. The part of the site related to pick-up points does not work. I was therefore forced to choose the most expensive option with home delivery. This may be a point to improve.

The instructions for returning a product are more complex than on a usual e-commerce site. No pre-established return document.
