There was a little mix-up with the shipping. I had to follow up, but arrangements were made for this cap to be received on time. birthday gift) The gift wrapping was also very good.

when a size does not match the standard, it must be returned at our expense for another model costing the customer 16.40 euros, this is not normal!!

Great product, but I am asked to order a size up from my shoe size. Upon arrival, the hat is one size too big, and the exchange costs are on me... Not happy!

Good but not enough photos of the inside of the hats. For this hat, I am surprised: light-colored inner band on a black hat??????

Order prepared quickly. Received quickly as well. Excellent packaging. A site to recommend. One point for improvement: allow the choice of a store, gas station when choosing So Colissimo.

Of course, hat making is declining in our time, but, 'if there is only one left', it is of quality. I always find 'hat on my head'. The selective search is effective and the variety of choice is pleasant.

The product is of good quality. However, the loop of the hat strap does not match the image of the order. It should be replaced soon by your services, following my phone call (seriousness of the company)

The site is very well done, clear, sales-oriented and informative. The products are of quality.
One reservation: the restocking delay on one of the caps I wanted: about two months.
