Better highlight products made in France, that's what motivated my purchase.

Maybe add a zoom (macro) of the fabric of each hat to see the weaving. And try to find a way to better render the colors maybe by comparing them to a Pantone table (RAL: http://www.pats.ch/formulaire/unites/unites11.aspx). To be able to distinguish between anthracite gray and black.

Very disappointed I was supposed to receive the hat in 3 weeks maximum I received it in 7 weeks. Living abroad I contacted them via their email address 3 times but I never got a response from them. I had to ask the person who was supposed to receive the hat (as a gift) to call the number indicated on the site. After 3 calls they finally said they would send the hat.
I didn't even get a commercial gesture or an apology...

Just the facts
My comment
Summary description Refund commitment shipping costs not honored
Your response
You indicate a refund with shipping costs
Under different visor
My comments
29/06 payment 37.95
11/07 credit 33.15
You call this a refund of shipping costs, we must not have the same values
Where does the description of the red color of the under visor appear
I call this bad faith!!

Following the refusal of the first review submitted I am trying a second:
Package received left on the doormat in my absence, product not conforming to my order (preparation error?) and average quality so requested a refund.
Still waiting and shipping costs at my expense for the return despite their error.
Arrogant contact on the phone with the manager who does everything to ensure that no negative comment filters through.
Very disappointed.
This comment is courteous, thanks to the organization "avis-verifies.com" for doing its job as an impartial to allow this comment from an unhappy customer to appear!

Order taking and shipping were perfect.
The problem is the delivery which arrived at a center instead of the office as requested.
The delivery person claims that we were closed, which is false.
So very good for Traclet itself, but bad for the delivery person.

As can happen, the delivered hat is not the right size for me. I find it very unfair to have to pay out of my pocket for the return shipping, having already paid for the initial shipping. This does not happen on any other site that I know of and seems very anti-commercial to me.
