Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The notifications following the order contain many errors: no date, no summary of the products, link to Colissimo not working (tracking code incorrectly filled in automatically)

Size 54 is my usual size. For the Black Cotton Trilby, this 54 turned out to be a bit smaller. I can barely put it on my head. For my previous order, it was perfect...

Clear and pleasant it allows for a good choice. Only a few details on the sizes of certain brands are missing (which have been too large for a few weeks)
