Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

as expected

There should be a larger selection of nightcaps

Everything went well, and I received the item quickly, which meets my expectations.

Hat conforms to what I wanted, super classy and of good quality

The promise of fast delivery is a lure. I had to call to know the delays... the product was awaiting restocking. To get the products I needed, I had to modify my order.

Not always easy to find what you are looking for on the site but that's normal given the wide choice. Fast delivery.

on the seller's site, the hat I ordered supposedly came from Italy. However, when I received it, surprisingly, it is made in CHINA. Moreover, it is a size 58 and I needed a 56 head size, there you go!

The procedure for selecting items on the site is easy. Delivery was fast (unlike my purchase from the previous year.) However, once the order is sent and paid for, it would be nice and useful for the customer to be informed of the delivery time.
For me, the items are quite satisfactory (quality and look!)

Beautiful product

No particular comments regarding the site.
However, no clarification on the delivery time.
Pleasant reception on the phone and possibility of obtaining a different color from the site.

Very good and very fast, well done, keep it up, thank you

correct product

Good site

Size ordered and labeled 60 and actual size 58.
Shape not generous enough compared to the photo

Beautiful hat but a 2-month delay to receive it...

Very fast and careful shipping. Large selection. The only downside: the cotton beanie article is smaller than expected for a 'one size fits all'. The photograph of the article worn is not realistic on an 'adult head'; the beanie is neither as large nor as stretchy as it appears in the photo.

Correct delivery.
Delivery time and location not compliant

I have never received my order

I recommend this site

nothing to say
best regards

The announced delivery time was not respected

Easy access site, relatively fast delivery depending on availability. Average quality item, the inner band of the cap was detached at the junction of the two ends and the final stitching was poorly finished.

a bit light and not very warm., the waterproofing has not yet been tested.

Very good quality.
Sales and after-sales service deplorable.

The order has not arrived

Satisfied. Fast delivery.

Yes, good

Good quality, size of the clogs not really suitable

Very good.
Very nice item and of quality.
Size slightly larger but compatible.
Fast and efficient delivery.

Average quality. Returns are at your expense

Very good

fast delivery and well packaged

Very wide choice of hats of all kinds. More precise indications on the size to choose would be welcome, although the essentials are often mentioned. The photos of the more available hats are a bit frustrating.

Between the purchase decision and delivery, the steps of the process are quite fast.
Not very headgear at first glance, the items selected based on their photo and description turned out to be consistent with the prior idea.
Finally, after comparing with other suppliers, it turns out that the models offered are difficult to find elsewhere (the surprise mainly results from the quality of the materials to the touch - an effect that cannot be conveyed via a photo).
In conclusion, beyond the surprise, the fact of having taken the plunge for caps and hats is very satisfying and conclusive (even if the current winter cold has helped a bit and contributed but not too much in the end).

Really well done for the delivery speed

I received an item that was not the correct product for a first order, I am disappointed so I requested a refund

I did not find size 61 in the bob of the color I wanted

Good product, even if it does not exactly match the image on the site
