Several purchases in previous years, no problem even when I had to exchange a hat that I took too large.

Good morning
Sorry, the error does not come from us, as these two order numbers show, we had two orders and two payments. Therefore, two were shipped. The error is not ours, but yours, who placed two orders. Furthermore, we asked you to refuse the second package to avoid shipping costs. For an error that does not originate from us, we cannot take responsibility, especially since it also incurs refund fees for us.
We remain at your disposal.
Sincerely
Traclet

Quality item but disappointed upon receipt as it does not match the order. Quick response from customer service stating that the item in question was no longer available and immediate change of the webpage but too late for me.

Serious and quality company. Impeccable and fast delivery. The photo visual could perhaps be improved (rendering, color), as well as the size information (head circumference), width of the fur, etc... to help with the choice.

Duckbill cap S/M - 54-57 cm. (+) Very interesting price / Good material composition. (-) Only if your head circumference is 56,57cm. If not, then get yourself another headgear that fits your exact head size because this one is not adjustable!

Beautiful quality, however the size is not respected. I ordered a size 58/59 and I ended up with a head circumference of 60.5 size L. I will have to return it to get a size down. If only you weren't so far...

Overall compliant with the expected model, the size is perfect, excellent quality of the product. However, the title of my order is: "Navy Blue English Bob". The one I just received is black and therefore does not exactly match my order.

Complete site and does not hesitate to indicate stock shortages. This helps avoid mistakes... Adding photos (back of the cap) would have been appreciated
