Very good delivery.. very average navigation and the quality of the product is very mediocre.

Hello
First of all, thank you for your feedback.
Can you tell us the issue encountered while navigating our site?
Then, for the Irish cap, we have several qualities of fabric.
The cap you chose is an authentic Irish cap with Irish fabric.
We also have it in City sport manufacturing which is a Belgian production with thicker fabric and less artisanal finishing.
Finally, we also have Italian productions.
Remaining at your disposal to better understand your message.
Best regards

I was very surprised and disappointed by the very bright color, I thought I was ordering a mustard yellow (it appears like that on the site) and ended up with a very bright yellow that did not match the color of the costume. It would be important to specify this on the site, this is the first time I notice such a color discrepancy, I have often ordered from you.

This beret has no shape. This is due to the fineness of the fabric. But nothing prevents us from giving it a shape once placed on the head. It is pleasant to wear and its texture is comfortable for those who cannot stand the contact of wool on the skin.

I asked if the product was suitable for a head size of 57cm and for my large surface this is really very very tight. Moreover, the hook at the back of the cap is now off-center since it is stretched to the maximum. It was meant to be a gift... My son is sad. Otherwise, the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged so that it did not suffer from the inconveniences of travel. Have a good day

There is a lack of color on a feather in places, delivery in a box with white paper on top and bottom, I would have appreciated a hat box, considering the price

Reliable delivery.
Product conforms to the order, except for its color, which does not really match the photo presented by the site (the cap is very light beige while the site shows a much darker color).

I ordered this cap for 40 euros, they sent me a nearly similar model for 26 euros... after complaining, Traclet asked me to return the cap without offering any commercial gesture as an apology... I requested a refund which I received without shipping costs! I have therefore lost time and money with this site which has lost its seriousness over time!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, we made a mistake on the model; we offered to send you the correct model for 40 euros with a return label to get the correct cap.
We apologize for this error which can happen despite our checks before shipping.
You wished for a refund; therefore, you did not want this cap. We refunded you for the cap and not the shipping costs.
Your point of view is valid.
We offer you a credit for the amount of the shipping costs.

your item:
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/accessoires/407-entreometrique.html#:~:text=Entreometrique-,This%20is%20the%20essential%20accessory%20for%20a%20hatmaker%20to,%20a%20hat,%20cap%20or%20beret
is available in different sizes. It would be good to add a size choice to meet the customer's needs. I based my purchase on the measurements from the illustration. If I had known about the different sizes, I would have bought two items.
In summary:
- disappointing sales experience because the item received does not match the measurements in the photo and does not meet my needs.
- missed sales because potential customers do not know that you offer items in different sizes.

Hello
Thank you for your comment.
To respond to your message, normally this Entreometrique model is in a classic size of about 55 to 62 cm. As indicated in my email, our manufacturer does not always deliver the same product exactly. That is why we did not put a size but only proposed two models, the links of which are below
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/accessoires/407-entreometrique.html

Satisfied, but I want to specify that for over twenty years I have been buying this beret with ribbed edges and that before in stores there were several colors including grays, violets and that now the choice of colors is limited to red and black. Apart from that, I am really happy to have been able to get one because it has been 4 years since the hat shop in Grenoble has not made it anymore. Best regards

Some small display issues with the filters. It would be better to have the same models of hats displayed only once with their different possible colors rather than displayed separately, it would make fewer pages to see. Nothing to say about the timely delivery and the hat is compliant and well protected.

The product arrived in very good condition and perfectly meets my expectations! However, I would have liked to be kept informed about stock issues and thus the significantly increased delivery time (order placed in the twenties of June, received on September 7!). When you see 2 days of delivery on the site and receive nothing without being informed of anything, it's quickly worrying. That said, your responses are quick so that makes up for it I suppose. And the product remains perfect!
