Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The wait was long: 2 months to receive the hat.
The packaging is quite succinct, but the hat is of superb quality!

A clear and precise site. I am waiting to have more perspective on the quality of the hat which seems very good at first glance.

Given that I still have not received my order placed more than a month ago, I do not see how I can rate you better.
Moreover, it was necessary for me to follow up to get news about my order.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this manufacturing delay for the leather gavroche cap in size 62 cm. Indeed, normally the manufacturing delay is 2-3 weeks but an additional week was necessary for this large size.
According to the postal tracking, the package should be delivered to you today, Tuesday, July 26.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet sebastien

Hello,
I had made a comment when I placed my order, to put a foam or cork band so that the hat fits perfectly to my head size. (by the way, it is well indicated on your site to take the larger size if you are between two sizes, and to adjust with these bands.) Anyway, no band in the package. If you could send them to me, that would be perfect.

Complete site (details, measurements) and diversified. It lacks for my product photos of the back and thus a paid return for my part (it's not a problem to pay when we see the damage of non-paying amazon; but a good photo from the supplier Bullhide would have helped me not to order unnecessarily). The delivery (24/48h) and the return went smoothly. Some may forget to check the availability of the product again, once the size is selected... given the comments I have read on some rating sites

Be careful with the regular updating of the list of collection points offered on the Traclet site: the relay point for receiving the package found on the Traclet site no longer existed. I had to choose another one. Aside from this slight inconvenience, everything was perfectly handled within a controlled timeframe.

My package arrived on the third day, very satisfied with the tracking. The shipping cost is a bit high and I had to pay customs fees again.

Navigation on the site is correct. The delivery is practical and very fast. On the edge of one of the ordered hats, the stitching repairs are a bit too visible!

Serious site. Fast shipping as indicated.
Happy with my purchase, quality hat in the right size that I generally have difficulty finding. I am returning the item because I would like a different color. Very responsive site. I am waiting to see the return conditions that I have not yet consulted, that's why I put 4 stars otherwise, all good I recommend.

Everything would have been fine if the sizes of the caps were correct, on the two caps that are size 57, the Camaret is correct, but the Benodet is well marked 57, but for me it is size 58 because it is loose, so please review this with your manufacturers.

The ordered products are of very good quality and conform to the description. Nothing to say really. A slight delay in the announced delivery date but the concerned service did what was necessary and the order arrived before the 'fateful date' ... My cap is perfect, my mittens are pleasant. Excellent service, excellent product(s), Satisfied Customer so nothing to report!
