On the site noted delivery 24 to 72h, that was not the case.
Otherwise, nothing to say about the quality of the product, beautiful finish, perfect.

Out of stock at the order, however delivery was quite fast. It would have just been appreciated to have an idea of the restocking delay… if you were aware of it…

The order went well and the panama is of good quality, but TNT sends messages to announce delivery at the pickup point when the package has not arrived... So we go twice for nothing... Disappointing.

The delivery took a while but arrived before the date of use. It's a shame you didn't respond to my delivery date request.

once the payment is made, you are told that the item is not in stock, so for the 24h delivery: missed. I still got my item on time anyway.

It should be specified when ordering whether the product is available immediately or if there is a delay. Do not wait until the order is placed to do so.

thank you for your message, the delay is normally indicated in green for delivery 24/48 h and in red when there is a delay.
Then, this information is noted in the order summary and a third time, an email is sent.

Very good product.
But the delivery was a disaster. The box was completely smashed. Forced to fit into my mailbox. It's a miracle that my package was in one piece.

Well-designed site and relatively clear for product searches. It's a shame the reporting requests for out-of-stock products and those back in stock do not work... So you have to be attentive and check the site regularly.

Very fast shipping, the item matches exactly the description and the requested size. Moreover, the site offers an immense choice of hats of all kinds and for every occasion, I had already ordered once in the past and was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Hello, I sent you an email yesterday. The Panama was a birthday gift .... finally a real Panama. I am surprised and disappointed that the hat was not delivered with a storage box or at least a dusty bag. Likewise, I would have liked a folding instruction .... I went back to the site. It is still a quality item ....
