Fast delivery but the package was very damaged and open; fortunately, the item was fine, but for the price paid, it is still disappointing.

I waited a long time for the hat to be available for sale.
When it became available, I did not receive a message informing me even though I had filled out the form to be notified.

Did not receive the correct item. Following the various emails sent to customer service, I am told that the fur can have a different color! I ask to be reimbursed for the shipping costs, no reaction. I return the hat, what about the return costs?

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
the hat is indeed the beige Chamonix hat and as indicated on this model, our manufacturer delivers either with a solid beige fur or with black spots. We offered to send you the hat with the black tips which you refused.
Best regards

I received my order but not at all my size I measured my head 56 cm I ordered 56 and it's too small now I have to return it at my expense and I don't know what size to order my head is still 56 cm!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for sending us a photo of the received model with the size indicated on the cap for verification.
Email [email protected]
Also, be careful with the rigid marine caps as they have an inner band.
It is therefore much less flexible and adjustable to the head size than a classic cap that will adapt to your head size.
Waiting for your response.
Best wishes.
