Not cool! The site is pleasant, order placed, payment accepted, and oops,
at that moment, so end of payment, we know there is a stock shortage
to finish, we do not know in how many years we will be delivered
this information is missing which is important as it allows potential buyers to turn to another hat shop!

Hello
the information on the delay is well noted in red when choosing the size
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapka-toque/1096-ushanka-blanc.html
(delay 2-3 weeks)
Then, it is also included in the order summary in red
And then the information is sent by email.
The chapka should leave next week from us.
For any information, we are reachable by email and by phone at 04 77 71 40 58
Best regards

Satisfied with the fast delivery.
Less of the "gift package" with the accompanying note written in pen on the package.

The site is good, however it should be clearer for products not available in certain sizes because I had to call them.

the wool is of very good quality as well as the workmanship; however, the lining leather does not seem very durable. We'll see... the size seems 'tight' but the leather should stretch. Good purchase, I will recommend in the future.

I ordered on October 11, 2020, and to this day I still have not received anything. One item out of two is awaiting restocking. I have no news. There were two weeks before delivery and I had accepted the delay. This is my 3rd order and it is the first time the delay is so long and especially that the payment for my order was made on the same day.

Hello
please excuse us for this delivery delay.
We should send the order this week as our embroidery company had to close for a week due to covid.
The order has therefore taken a week longer.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.

Easy navigation, quite good value for money. A slight defect on the sailor cap but I chose to keep it. Always problematic to return a product and even more so in the current context...

Hello, I still haven't received my order after more than 30 days!!!!!!!!!! I had to ask for explanations to know that my order comes from the USA and that delivery will be delayed. Once the customer has paid, the rest is not your problem. Scalded cat ...............!

Hello, for the delivery time, it is indeed well noted on the product sheet and confirmed in the order summary. As for the place of origin, the Bulhide brand is a very well-known American brand in the hat world that is manufactured in the USA, Mexico,... Currently, with COVID-19, the delays being extended, it has taken a bit longer. We hope that the hat meets your satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet
