Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.

Hello, regarding the sizes, please let us know what we should have added. Indeed, on the product sheet, all the information about the available sizes is there. Furthermore, we have a dedicated page that explains how to measure your head, which is also directly linked to the product page. As for the customs documents, we have verified and during the shipment, they were indeed placed in a pouch as we have the duplicate for our accounting service which is well edited.
