The purchased hat is made of hard plastic covered with I don't know what like felt, almost 100 euros, it's outrageous, nothing to do with a low-quality hat in general.

Not at all satisfied with my order. I requested an exchange for another color. But this beanie, once received, was not the one ordered. Moreover, I had to pay an additional 5 euros for this exchange. In conclusion, this beanie costs me 36 euros for a beanie that I will never wear.

A wide choice in all areas. The designation of the items is exhaustive. The site is quite user-friendly. I needed to call customer service and each time, I was well informed. However, I am not satisfied with the delivery time because apparently when I placed the order online, the items were available but one cap was no longer in stock and I had to wait 10 days for it to be restocked by the supplier to receive it. I deduce that the merchant site does not communicate with the stock!

I am satisfied with the product, however the delivery went badly having chosen Chronopost the most expensive delivery, to be delivered at home. They failed my delivery because they did not have my phone number and left the package in a pickup box without offering a second attempt. For the most expensive delivery service they really do the minimum service I do not recommend. I suggest that the site requires entering the phone number in the form to avoid this inconvenience for others or simply to avoid their deplorable services. But the hat is perfect

There are many references on the Traclet hat shop website. When looking for something specific, you have a choice. However, I think it would lack a level of content filtering, or an additional level of content precision. For example, finding a treatment for leather was quite convoluted: it is faster to go through a leather product and look for related products, rather than finding the product directly through search. However, it should be noted the exemplary availability of the customer service/online advisor, who responds even on the days the shop is closed. The products offered by the human meet the needs expressed, and it is really appreciated.
