The salesperson I spoke to on the phone was very open, attentive, and precise in the information he provided in response to my questions, particularly regarding the delivery time of my order; the delivery time was indeed respected to the letter!!! Well done!
A small downside though! I find this cap a bit expensive considering that I have no choice of options with my melanoma and 70 Euros really feels like luxury when for me it's a medical protection!!

I had difficulty with my order regarding the delivery location being different from the billing address. I had to uncheck a box, I had trouble understanding... Otherwise, no difficulty!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
What issues did you encounter during the order?
It was placed on May 9 and was sent on May 11 due to the post not working over the weekend.
What is the issue regarding size?
You ordered a size 56 cm, what size did you receive?
It is of course possible to change it if it does not fit.
Best regards
Traclet

The hat arrived in very poor condition and it is more than difficult to obtain the necessary information for its return. Obligation to go through a PayPal claim which has not yet been resolved....

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The hat arrived with a lining that is not correct but the hat is in good condition. Only the lining had an issue. You wish to change the model, which we have of course accepted.
We sent you an email the same day indicating that size 55 was in stock and that size 54 had a delay.
On May 16, we sent you another email asking if that was acceptable but we did not receive a clear response. Only how to return it when we told you we would send the hat with a return label.
So please let us know if that suits you.
Best regards

Good quality hat that corresponds to the photos. However, the commercial service is very limited. No questioning of the seller, it's always the customer's fault. When you want to retain your customers, you take care of them!

Choice available, even in small sizes (what a joy to have a hat that fits!). Fast delivery when the headgear is in stock. However, I could not order certain hats (I received a message saying that I had reached the quantity?!).

The products are good but the site works very poorly, you have to be motivated to go all the way to the order. I had to recreate an account because I was denied access to the previous one and I also did not receive the email intended to reset my password.
