The site works well, ordering is easy, delivery is fast, however the return system is paid, if we request an exchange, the site no longer provides information. It is necessary to call, fortunately the person on the phone is friendly. But it seems to me that the organization of returns and exchanges, often necessary when buying hats, should be better organized

>>> regarding the Colissimo delivery, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding my package stuck in my mailbox, we had to tear the box of the parcel to manage to extract it; we were present at our home during the postman's visit.
>>> as for the cap, I had to take my iron to remove the false crease on the top of it...

Quality hat corresponding to the description
However, there are not enough photos on the website to present each model more, one view is not obvious.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The cap is indeed a Broner cap and not a Kangol cap
titled
GOLF CAP - BRONER
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/kangol/1007-casquette-de-golf.html#/taille-l_58_59_cm
here is the link for the Kangol cap
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/kangol/912-tropic-504-ventair-blanc.html#/taille-s_54_55_cm
It is indeed possible to change it if it does not suit
Best regards

Disappointed that these visors come from China, when ordering from a hat shop, I thought they would be made in France.

The 2 protective masks are very good! Perhaps an improvement to make: use elastic bands instead of ties. But otherwise, the fabric is very pleasant to the touch.
