Item conforms to the model I was expecting. A small downside though; too expensive for this type of item.

Very good customer service. Small downside, the estimated delay is not clear (it was indicated on the site 'item out of stock' while asking for fast delivery it was available)

A lot of choices. I appreciate the possibility of contacting them by phone.
Ultra fast delivery. Very nice caps. However, they fit a bit large and the adjustment elastic is a bit too loose.
