I was very surprised and disappointed by the very bright color, I thought I was ordering a mustard yellow (it appears like that on the site) and ended up with a very bright yellow that did not match the color of the costume. It would be important to specify this on the site, this is the first time I notice such a color discrepancy, I have often ordered from you.

I asked if the product was suitable for a head size of 57cm and for my large surface this is really very very tight. Moreover, the hook at the back of the cap is now off-center since it is stretched to the maximum. It was meant to be a gift... My son is sad. Otherwise, the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged so that it did not suffer from the inconveniences of travel. Have a good day

Good quality, fast delivery (ordered Monday evening and delivered Thursday noon).
Perfect size.
Responsive and friendly customer service (I had sent an email to confirm the delivery date, I received a response only a few hours later and the information given was verified).
Nothing to complain about, everything you expect from a serious online store.

Small problem. I had ordered a pair of BROWN suspenders, it arrived BLACK, which I do not need. The other pair, Navy, is correct. What should I do?

Their site is well thought out which makes navigation very enjoyable. A wide choice of headgear is available. The product arrived in a well-protected box.
I recommend this hat shop.

There is a lack of color on a feather in places, delivery in a box with white paper on top and bottom, I would have appreciated a hat box, considering the price
