Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Instead of buying a low-quality party accessory that will end up in the trash, we opted for a sustainable solution by acquiring real straw hats from the Traclet hat shop. It's honestly not much more expensive and it's of excellent quality. Clearly, these two beautifully handcrafted hats will serve us for a long time...

A lot of choices. Apparently of quality but Women's beret one size (probably XXL) so unwearable. Fortunately, I manage with sewing. A warning would have been welcome..
