Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

The site is clear, the products are numerous. Fast and inexpensive delivery

Beautiful products.

Satisfied, product conforms to my request and fast delivery

Lots of choices.

In line with our expectations.

Beautiful UV hat. Too bad it doesn't fit cm by cm.

Several orders of headgear from Traclet without too many issues (just a size problem once). Order of suspenders arrived with a defect related to the placement of a label on the elastic fibers. Exchange made after return but would have been at my expense if I had not insisted. Had to send a photo of the problem and call because they apparently did not read the reason for the return in the form provided for this purpose. Surprising thing: the new suspenders are a bit different from those received first and returned. The new ones look good compared to the visual on the site unlike the first returned ones whose leather trim was lighter (and not sewn straight by the way) and the metal blocks were not identical (on the new ones it is well written 'Hercule'). Maybe an old collection during the first shipment. The experience is therefore mixed, doubt being allowed and I still do not understand why some businesses find it normal to have such defects just like the threads not stopped on some garments sometimes. Fortunately, exchanges by email and phone are responsive and once the exchange is accepted, the return label arrives very quickly.

Perfect.

Great choice, quality, and fast delivery despite restocking.

Seriousness and speed summarize my opinion of this site very well.

Fast delivery

nothing to complain about

Delivered on time

Item conforms to my expectations, easy ordering after information obtained from customer service.

Fast delivery and excellent service.
In addition to the good quality of the hat :)
I recommend.

Order received on time. Serious service.

Items conform to the description. Beautiful quality. Very fast delivery.
I recommend.

flawless service

Item corresponding to the order, of good quality, quickly sent... Perfect

The recommendations for measuring the head circumference seem to overestimate reality by a centimeter, 59 would have been perfect instead of 60 that I bought.
Best regards

very good products. good welcome and efficiency of the webmaster on the phone.

Nothing to report THANK YOU PERFECT

Perfect hat well packaged and arrived quickly I recommend

Hat conforms to the request, and to the size, it is labeled made in Italy which is a determining criterion. The only remark is that the site does not specify this 'detail', so I bought a bit blindly thinking I had bought a Chinese product.

Very high responsiveness. Fast delivery of well-packaged hats. An after-sales service among the most competent. Exceptional listening.

Difficulty connecting to my account quickly resolved by a quick email exchange with customer service via the site contact. Perfect. Items received fully correspond to my expectations, within very short deadlines.

I have great difficulty connecting to my account.
Return shipping costs are payable.
Their emails go to spam.
My order was delayed.
They do not respond or very slowly.
One of the products is not correct.

I thought all your hats were made in France. I was disappointed that its origin is Bulgaria.

Well organized

Simple ordering process + delivery in J+2: perfect!
Products received: conforming to the presentation on the site: perfect too!

Perfect as usual

Following a small incident during the receipt of a package... The management completely did what was necessary to resolve this dispute very quickly in a friendly manner... Thank you for the professionalism and kindness of this company.

I am completely satisfied with the service from Traclet. The hat I ordered was received the day after my order.

As always, no problem. Fast delivery and quality of the product. Thank you.

Quality hat box, as described, sent quickly.

While a delivery time of 15 days was announced on the site, it was made beyond a month, and no spontaneous information from Traclet reached me to inform me of this delay.

Very good

I ordered five hats, all are of excellent quality, very well packaged. Some delays on certain hats but the customer service is perfect and met my expectations.

The site is very user-friendly, the information regarding package tracking and packaging is very professional, everything makes you want to return to Traclet to buy a new hat or a cap...

Products of good quality. THE DELIVERY VERY BAD. THE DELAY IS VERY LONG. ORDER PREPARATION/LOGISTICS SERVICE BE CAREFUL, AS IT CAN DAMAGE THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY, THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CLIENTELE.
