The Traclet online sales site is pleasant but the search engine on the site is not very efficient (lacks selectivity).

A bit disappointed with customer service (regarding an unapplied discount voucher), which asked me for a copy of this voucher, which I sent by email on May 25 and still no response to this day!!!

I ordered a very nice Pakol hat, it was marked 2 to 3 weeks delay (I was OK with that) due to a shortage, but I received it after a week. I recommend this site, very serious.
