I was a bit worried about ordering from Canada and delivering to Slovenia, but your service was excellent! My concern was also that I do not speak French, but that was not a problem, your website and service helped me bridge that barrier. The parcel arrived super fast and made the recipient very very happy. Thank you a thousand times!

The hat was shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday, I could ask for no more, although the cost of shipping advertised on the website is misleading

The hat I ordered was not available at the time of my order but I only found out after I had validated and paid. Then no news at all. I had to send an email to request the cancellation of my order for it to, coincidentally, be shipped the same day????
