I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.

Not satisfied at all with the delivered hat. The sizes of this model are poorly indicated in the store. I end up with a hat that is too big that I cannot return, as shipping costs from Switzerland are prohibitive and the store does not cover return shipping costs. Despite a message to customer service, nothing was offered to me...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, regarding the sizes, please let us know what we should have added. Indeed, on the product sheet, all the information about the available sizes is there. Furthermore, we have a dedicated page that explains how to measure your head, which is also directly linked to the product page. As for the customs documents, we have verified and during the shipment, they were indeed placed in a pouch as we have the duplicate for our accounting service which is well edited. Finally, regarding return shipping costs, you paid with PayPal, and as we also indicate on the product sheet, shipping costs are reimbursed by PayPal following the procedure https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/content/153-remboursement-des-frais-de-retours-avec-paypal. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet

Very good site, intuitive, nice, well organized. I easily found what I was looking for. The customer service is top-notch. The shop is well stocked with headgear in various price ranges. I particularly appreciated the mention specifying the composition and the country of manufacture for each product. I will reorder (hats) and I will recommend (to friends) ^^.

It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of the order. There is too long a delay between the order and delivery. Otherwise, the cap seems to be of good quality.

Interesting site but should evolve its interface, remove non-existent products (which are simply no longer available) and allow, like many sites, payment in installments starting from 100 euros.
