Hello, it has been more than two weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received anything. Traclet announces deliveries in 4 days, which is completely misleading.

Received my product on time. Note: it seems there were duplicates at your shipping since later I received a second notice at the Post Office for a package that I let return to you. No problem for me but I'm passing on the info for your internal management. Regards and thank you for your service.
