My order arrived on time without any problems. Therefore, I can only recommend the hat shop (of which I am already a customer).

Too bad that for free shipping you have to reach €90, given the weight of the package?

-What a pity not to create hats for men with extra wide brims (12 cm or more) like for women. -What a pity that women's hats with extra wide brims are not in color because white with a terracotta trim, gray or beige does not attract a young audience.

I have problems with the size. Size L is too big for me and M is too small while my normal size is L because I have two other Stetson Brooklyn leather caps in size L that fit me perfectly.

I am delighted with this site, its choice, delivery, and customer service. On the morning of 6/08, I called the company because I hesitated between 2 caps. Very quick response and I explained to the advisor that I found it a shame that there were no photos of the 2 caps on a mannequin's head to better understand the fit. The advisor replied no problem, you will have 2 photos on the site in the afternoon. Which was done by 2 PM. I ordered the same evening and delivery was on the morning of the 9th. The cap is beautiful, identical to the photo. Irreproachable service and quality.

Easy navigation, fast delivery, product meets expectations but too big. So return and exchange for the same product in another size, this very quickly and without problem. I recommend Tracle, synonymous with seriousness and quality.
