Good diversified site for hats, but high prices for identical products elsewhere. Too bad.
Unfriendly reception on the phone and not very commercial. Again, too bad.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 29/10/2018

hello
on one hand, you have to compare comparable things on the product but also on the service.
Indeed, products on the internet may seem similar but if you don't have the products in hand, it's difficult to compare unless you have the same reference. However, in the case of toques, these references are different.
Finally, we have a telephone reception while many other sites have no reception and no advice while we are present both online, by phone, and also in physical stores.
We are not perfect but at least we try to respond as best as we can to our customers and satisfy them.
I thought I had responded favorably to your messages and calls but I am sorry if I could not respond as you wish.
Best regards
Traclet

Quality of the hats is very good. The delivery time is not respected and it was necessary to send a reminder email after the announced deadline and to call two days later for the order to finally be sent. A 'pen' was offered to me as compensation.

Very well done. Almost too large a choice makes the final choice difficult. A simple phone call allows for the final choice.

Fast shipping, I also had the issue of a size too large (it happens even when you know the brand), I returned the hat with my new request and the site sent me the desired size back in a short time. I recommend this site for its professionalism! Alexandre A.

I am not familiar with Traclet, so was anxious that my order would be delivered as I had tried several other sites to no avail. Delivery was fast, efficient and the item beautifully packaged. I was also impressed that payment was not finalised until the parcel was on its way.

French hats of excellent quality.. Good value for money.. To be tested again in the rain.. I wear it every day and the 56 although it fits I find it maybe a bit tight, nevertheless it seems to be adjusting to my head little by little. I will order another brown one and it's a shame there isn't a gray one instead of beige.. There you go, I love it and I don't go unnoticed with it, others like it on me I believe..
