Great choice for all hat lovers of all kinds, there is something for almost every taste. Strong point the possibility of having certain models of hats in large size with a perfectly respected additional delay. Correct quality-price ratio.

Long-time customer and satisfied until now, I am very disappointed this time. More than 2 months of waiting, promises of receipt of goods and shipping not kept, no callbacks as promised, not a word of apology and finally, sending a hat that does not match the order, but 'looks like the one ordered' (according to Traclet). Result: I have to return the hat at my expense!
As said on the phone, Mr. Traclet, why did you not inform me of this before shipping??
It would have saved me costs and this very, very great dissatisfaction. Did you think I was stupid enough not to realize your trickery?!
I do not congratulate you.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your message and thank you for your loyalty.
We are sorry for not having explained to you before the shipment.
But I thought that during our phone conversation you understood our issue and I explained to you why we delivered this model to you.
We are trying to find a solution to deliver you a similar product and as I indicated to you, the current house has closed and we only found this solution. This hat model was similar and of quality too but it is true not identical to 100%.
As I proposed to you, I will make you a credit note or a refund of your shipping costs. Having received the hat on Saturday, I did not have time to take care of it, please excuse me.
So I am making you a proposal this Sunday, as I am quite touched by your comment.
Please send me a message if a credit note of 10 euros suits you.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien.

Order online but with a size error quickly rectified by phone the same day. The person who answered me was very kind and charming.
The order was delivered quickly and very well packaged. The 2 hats were safe.
