a bit long delays and shipping a bit expensive for delivery to a relay point

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 13/09/2017

hello
thank you for taking the time to respond to the verified review.
The order was placed on Sunday and it was shipped on Monday because the post office does not work on Sundays.
The delay for a colissimo is 2-3 days and the package was delivered on Wednesday to the relay point.
Can you tell us the delay you would have liked.
Moreover, the price of 4 euros is low compared to the quality service with tracked colissimo.
Thank you for letting us know your comments in order to improve deliveries.
Best regards
Traclet

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 13/09/2017

hello,
you ordered on August 31 and the order was indeed shipped on August 31, that is Thursday. Then with the working days, unfortunately, the package could only be delivered on Monday. Please excuse us for this inconvenience independent of our will.

Extremely satisfied with the Traclet hat shop, orders are made without any hiccups and within a more than reasonable time frame, returns for exchanges are also done without any issues, I highly recommend.

good product conforming to the photos. . super happy.. I just should have thought about the height because with my thick hair they rise. . maybe integrate a strap in case of wind too !!
The only downside is the ultra long delay of almost 3 months.. order on June 18 received at the beginning of September. . might as well announce a long delay to avoid making unhappy people! ;)
Thank you in any case for the custom order I am delighted!
