This is the second time I order from Traclet, the site is pleasant, clear and it is quick to make a choice and place an order. Moreover, there are enough explanations to help with the choice. Very good.

An email sent 5 minutes after my order, asking for a correction, has not been read! I find that unfortunate!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 15/06/2017

Hello
Yes, it's an error on my part, I didn't have time to manage both the flow of emails and orders.
If the size is not suitable, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please excuse me for this mistake.
Best regards
Traclet

Serious site with a selection of quality hats for all tastes and budgets. The +: numerous tips and explanations about the materials used, the place of manufacture and shaping.

Fast shipping, well protected in a box, good communication and immediate refund for an item too small not available for exchange. The return is at the customer's expense, that's the only point that could be improved. Fortunately, my second order was the right size, I didn't have to return several hats.
