Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, there was a delay but not two months; the order was placed on 21/12/17 and you received it on 19/01/17.
Moreover, if the size does not fit, it is of course possible to change it.
Finally, this is a military beret that does not sink like a Basque beret. So it should be worn on top and not pushed down.
Best regards Traclet

Delivery a bit long but between Christmas and New Year nothing surprising. I chose the gift option and I am delighted, very nice packaging, the cap was very well protected.

I urgently needed a hat for face protection....On December 30, 2016, at 10:30 am, I ordered on this site which seemed serious and of very good quality. I left a message with my order to explain my urgency and the need for this hat. The next morning I received my hat at home via express delivery. Extremely happy with Traclet hat shop and the product, I will not hesitate to order again very soon.
