Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
EX: check before ordering a patchwork cap to see exactly the available colors... otherwise, nothing to report, the guy on the phone is super nice and attentive, reasonable price, I recommend without hesitation...

The color of the hat is really too light and too flashy. I am disappointed with this purchase.

This site is very professional. I bought a beautiful rabbit felt fedora as well as a box to store the hat inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the box was assembled with my hat well arranged inside, all very well packaged in a large box. Perfect and quality product.
