My order was probably overlooked so it took a long time to arrive after I followed up, I had it the next day. Too bad it arrived a day after the birthday for which it was intended.

Plenty of choices, it's very nice, just missing the Mad Hatter's hat from Alice in Wonderland for collectors, and then it would be perfect.

10 out of 10. Great e-merchant! After being double stuck on my order, everything was sorted out super quickly! Kudos for the trust given to customers (a rare thing these days)! Bravo again and thank you to the Traclet hat shop. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to renew my trust for a future purchase!

Some difficulties in finding a specific product model. But well, we manage anyway. Maybe it is possible to recommend certain models based on face morphology!
