Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Excellent service. It would certainly be interesting, for customers like me who do not have a very common size, to be able to easily identify which products can be made to measure.

I love this hat but there is one issue, the edge is a bit wavy on each side I would say and I don't know if I can reshape it with steam to regain its original shape.

Difficult to comment upon receipt of the package but at first glance, the size of the Panama fits my head size, its texture is fine and I think it is of good quality; we will see that in use. As for shipping/delivery, everything went very well.

Perfect navigation on the site, delivery time respected and packaging of the hat top-notch: large sturdy box and excellent interior padding with tissue paper. Regarding the hat, it is of very good quality.

I ordered a hat in size 56, I received a hat much larger, at least size 58, and customer service did not want to cover the return shipping costs.
I am very disappointed by this attitude, unworthy of good commercial service!!!
