Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Hello, regarding the delivery date, I had made arrangements to receive my package and waited all day for nothing. Not only could I not get it, but not a single phone call to inform me about the delivery the next day without warning while I was at my appointment. On Tuesday, the delivery person called me and I asked him to deliver my package for the next day (Wednesday) and everything went as planned. Except that he left me a delivery notice on Tuesday for my package without informing me, thinking it was another order, I wasted my time trying to receive a package that I had already received, which made me a bit angry with the delivery person who made me lose two days.

Very good experience. Easy order. Deadline respected. Very beautiful hat.
We needed to make a return because the hat was too big. They responded to emails within the day and the exchange was done very easily and quickly. I recommend!

Delivery made on time. Pick-up without any problem, the hat was in good condition. However, it should be noted that the top of the package was half torn with a significant hole. Obviously, the handling done by your provider La Poste seems very rough, which is incompatible with the quality of the transported products.
