Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Unfortunately, it is quite complicated to find what you want on your site, which would benefit from being simplified. I found what I wanted, but it took time. It's a shame because otherwise the service is of good quality.

Very attractive homepage; description of items (details, origin, material, colors, photos) very well done; reasonable prices (those who love 'covers' as the Quebecers say, can indulge their cravings!); very simple payments. Impeccable delivery but a bit slow. The products have a lot of charm. Bravo!!!

Well-designed site, easy to use, fast delivery in the announced time slot, however it seems that the announced size is slightly smaller than the actual (size 58 ordered just after trying on)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for indicating the issue encountered with this fur toque that we have been making for several years.
The model price in the photo is indeed the one we manufacture ourselves.
Do you want another fur or lining?
Remaining at your disposal to understand your expectations.
Best regards
TRACLET Sébastien
