Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Ordered immediately, delivered immediately. Beautiful quality cap, nice finish. Cool look.

Disappointed with the lining of the cap

On the other hand, many products were missing, so I took products I wouldn't have chosen at first (at least 10 choices were missing), but in the end, they suit me.

Very satisfied as usual.

Very satisfied, reliable site, efficient, the hats are of excellent quality and the delivery is fast.
Nothing to complain about!

Perfect

Excellent site. Just missing a few photos per proposed item. Otherwise, the prices, brands, and choices are there.

From ordering to delivery, everything is perfect.
The quality of the product is high-end for a reasonable price. I recommend.

Easy navigation: it facilitates the discovery of the coveted hat.

Careful service, well-packaged order.

Meets my needs

Sad that I wasn't warned that I would have to wait for delivery due to re-manufacturing.

Beautiful caps. Correct sizes.

The delivery was perfect, I found the package in the mailbox, so the rating is 10.

very good site, a lot of choices.

Quick delivery and the hat is in perfect condition.

This chapka is really very pretty and soft. My only complaint is that the ear covers are a bit small and don't really protect, hence one star less

Quality, aesthetics, and protection are top-notch!

Very fast, well packaged.

A quality hat with precise measurements. Nothing to say…
Thank you for this work and the good reception of my order.

Item conforms to my expectations and very fast delivery.

A bit long but the order arrived.

The site is very clear, the responses to our questions are quick and clear. Delivery is compliant and fast.

very simple site to consult and easy to place an order.

A well-made site, impeccable customer service, perfect delivery.

Product conforms to the description. Shipment within the announced deadlines and in packaging really above any deterioration of the contained product.

This first purchasing experience with the Traclet company was very satisfactory.
The site is clear and pleasant to browse, the order form and the financial transaction related to the purchase are simple and smooth.
The delivery was fast (products ordered on January 10, shipped on the 11th, and received on the 13th) and the packaging was simple but done with care in a container large enough to protect against potential shocks during transport, allowing the order to be received in perfect condition.
The quality of the products lives up to the reputation of the Traclet hat shop, and their finish is excellent.
A piece of advice for future buyers, make sure to check the availability of the product right at the time of ordering, as it seems, in some cases, to evolve very quickly (which is a good sign for the company).
Everything is therefore positive for this purchase, and I thank all the people who contributed to it.

very nice article, original, impeccable finish. Careful delivery with the storage bag.

Perfect: conforms, well packaged, and fast.

Perfect purchase, customer service answers the phone to provide more details. Fast delivery. Thank you!

Satisfied with this purchase, to be confirmed over time.

Too bad that shipping costs are extra

Very good site, fast and secure shipping. The ordered item being a gift, I cannot give another opinion

I was looking for something neutral and the navy blue didn't show up in the photo, so I looked at the other colors and the red showed a navy blue image, so I thought that with a bit of luck it's not the red but the navy blue that I would receive, too bad it's not the right one, but it's okay I'll find a way to match it with an outfit

In accordance with what I ordered

Everything is perfect

Site with many references of quality products and very fast delivery.

Very beautiful product. Meets my expectations.

Everything is perfect!!! Thank you very much!

Always on top
