Your company is a disgrace to French craftsmanship.
In addition to a box that is too small which deformed the hat, you should have thought not to leave the MADE IN CHINA label stuck inside.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us, but if you received a hat made in China, it means you did not receive the correct hat because this hat reference 7905 is indeed made in France.
Thank you for sending us a photo at [email protected]
so we can proceed with sending the correct hat.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien

Apart from a problem with the online order on Sunday (no response for payment), I made a new attempt on Monday, more fruitful. The hat received on time seems to meet my expectations. To be followed over time.

When I went to pick up my packages, the boxes were damaged, one of them torn.
Upon receipt, I was told that it was due to the carrier.
Fortunately, inside, the umbrella and the hat are in good condition.
Everything is of perfect quality.

The delivery was made within the scheduled time. The merchandise was as ordered. Unfortunately, the hat was too big and I had to return it for an exchange.

Instructions on how to care for a straw hat would have been great.
