Very poor quality item, 2 months delay, terrible finish, I do not recommend this item, nor the seller who claims 15 days to 1 month delivery, when it is false

Hello
Please excuse us for this manufacturing delay.
Currently, the workshop is behind schedule.
What quality issues did you encounter with the tricorne? This way we can improve it.
Remaining at your disposal and listening to improve the product and our service.

Hello,
from ordering on the site to delivery by Colissimo, it's flawless.
The only disappointing element: the edge of the hat is not made of fabric but 'plastic'.
Best regards

Order prepared, sent, and received in record time! The cap is very beautiful and the finishes are of high quality. I bought it for my son, the idea was to give him a wink as he recently bought a small boat and passed his license. He is thrilled!
