everything went well, I only regret that you do not indicate the names and addresses of the pickup points, it is still very important to determine your delivery choice... unless it is done on purpose to lead us to take more expensive options? Open question, it's up to you to answer it

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your message.
Please excuse us for this delay, for the naughty hat, we had delays because the hat comes from the United States and it was stuck in customs.
We urgently sent you the blue trilby by chronopost.
Please excuse us for these inconveniences.
We hope that the hats meet your satisfaction.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien

The hat is very nice and fits my husband very well, beautiful color, flattering... the only complaint: its price because my husband often loses his hats, beanies, etc....!

The hat meets my expectations. That said, I regret a size issue. The size of hats that usually fits me is too large here. The problem was solved with a head size reducer.
