I placed an order on April 28 for delivery within 2 weeks (according to the Traclet site). I received the order on June 18. So for a delivery within 2 weeks, it took more than 7 weeks to receive my order. Not reliable. No excuse or understanding from the after-sales service.

Hello
During your calls, we clearly indicated the return and in a message indicating the return following your call, we clearly indicated please excuse us for this delay due to a manufacturing delay for this historical hat.
As with the previous order, please check your spam.

Fast delivery, careful packaging. Pleasant navigation on the site, especially with the ability to know immediately the availability of the product based on the chosen size without having to wait for order validation. Only small flaw: the size selection does not always work on the first click: be sure to check that the selected size is correct before ordering.
